After two years in my career, my responsibilities expanded as I began mentoring more people, tracking their progress, and creating individual growth plans. I took on the role of tech lead for multiple projects, coordinating team tasks and setting priorities. I was responsible for every stage of the project, from deployment to its ongoing maintenance.

After my internship at Blank, I became a full-time employee, working on various projects and more complex features. I went through all stages of development, mentored colleagues, and was responsible for small projects.
